Losing weight is so easy? That’s a Lie

Is it really easy to lose weight? No, actually, that is a lie. Like anything else in life, you have to put in the effort to achieve your goal. There are multiple fad diets , pills, and injections that promise you the world as how they would want you to believe it. You could simply argue that they do work and nobody is denying that. It is the extent to which they work and the possibility side effects as well.  The problem with this is that there is never an easy way to lose weight and remain at your target permanently without putting in the work.

The work you will have to do to maintain your preferred body weight is nothing short of determination and discipline. Injections, pills and fad diets may get you closer to your target weight but will they eliminate the extra flabby skin? Will they help you tone up and make you look chiselled? Probably not.

You still need to put in the work to look good. Nothing in life comes easy. Sacrifices have to be made. What you decide to eat and how much  exercise you decide to do will determine your weight.

People have told me that I am crazy for changing my diet and having less meals in a day. That is okay because when I look at myself in the mirror I realise that I have achieved my weight goal and feel more happy and confident about myself.
